Work closely with marketing to identify

with sales representatives, sales management
and other corporate support as part of a concerted

activities Skills/Knowledge Required:
Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Nursing
or related sciences
Additional relevant sales and marketing
experience Minimum five years of oncology
experience, either clinically or industry
Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of
the oncology market, preferably focused on the
pharmaceutical industry.
Demonstrates excellent written and oral
communication skills Ability to utilize
customer relationships and develop traditional
and non-traditional customer relationships to
further business opportunities
Demonstrates expert knowledge in related
disease states and the ability to serve as a
technical and clinical resource to the medical
community
Ability to target, develop and maintain
a customer base
Ability to utilize account knowledge to
resolve issues common to various customer segments
Demonstrate effective influence skills
with customer teams to maximize promotional/other
programs Demonstrate customer literacy
and ability to interpret clinical and market
