Description: |
Associate
Director, Training and Development entails but
are not limited to managing all global training
strategy for the entire Respiratory field sales
personnel, including budgets and processes within
the training function. Manage development and
execution of all training components and programs.
Provide support and direction to Respiratory
Area Business Managers to ensure all Representatives
are provided training to maximize full potential.
Direct orientation and rotations for all new
Respiratory Representatives and Area Business
Managers. The Associate Director, Training and
Development with also work with Regional Directors
to plan, implement and facilitate regional and
area planning and will determine training priorities
within the regions to ensure effective rollout
of initiatives. |

Requirements: |
Candidates
must have a Bachelors degree (preferably in
business of life sciences), a minimum of two
(2) years as a District Sales Manager as well
as a minimum of two (2) years of National Sales
Training experience and must have experience
in creating and building training workshops/programs.
Candidates must also have a minimum of two (2)
years Project Management experience with the
ability to multi task and handle multiple projects
at one time and interface with field based personnel,
marketing teams and management. |
