Description: |
Responsibilities
will include, but are not limited to: developing,
implementing and executing manager (DSM) training
from new hire/promotions to manager through
phase II training, ensuring that the training
program is consistent and sustainable; that
each component builds upon the last and that
the metrics used for evaluation are critical
for success in the field. Providing feedback
and developmental suggestions to new managers
and their respective RSD's. Assisting and development
of broad-based training strategy for the department
and in the overall curriculum structure for
the department. Determine the training needs
for field managers based on new and existing
products/co-marketing products, analyzing those
needs; developing and implementing suitable
programs to meet those needs and incorporating
the training needed into the existing management
training structure and curriculum to maintain
the training strategy and sustainability. Packaging
those training products in a fashion that is
able to be repurposed for ongoing management
training. Working in conjunction with the Director
of Sales Training and Human Resources to ensure
that the field managers are trained to provide
direction, support and leadership in a consistent
fashion that is in alignment with company values.
You will work in coordination with Marketing
and the training team, to provide training on
new/additional clinical reprint articles and
competitive/market updates to the DSM's and
other managers. You will be responsible for
development, implementation and execution of
training initiatives specifically for Commercial
Operations, Sales and Marketing. Serving as
as an open and responsive resource for the field
force management, providing active field participation.
A minimum of 2 days per quarter will be spent
in the field with representatives and/or managers.

Requirements: |
Qualified
candidates will possess:
4- year college degree, 7-years bio-tech/pharmaceutical
experience in a sales or related capacity required
2 years District Sales Management experience
Strong leadership skills
Strong product/customer knowledge
Exceptional oral presentation skills
and written communication skills
Demonstrated group facilitation skills
Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking
skills
Travel required for training initiatives
and meetings |
