Description: |
The
Reimbursement Business Manager coordinates and
executes strategic plans to meet the needs of
healthcare providers who utilize cosmetic surgery
products for therapeutic conditions. The RBM
deals with key physicians and institutions to
overcome cosmetic surgery reimbursement barriers
and recognize commercial and governmental payer
concerns. The RBM will report to and work closely
with stakeholders including Neuroscience Medical
Consultants, Regional Managers, Dermatology
Territory Managers and Dermatology Regional
Managers, Academic Medical Center Managers,
Regional Scientific Services Managers, Regional
Healthcare Policy, Managed Care Managers, Marketing
and other related divisions. |

Requirements: |
Bachelors
degree, MBA preferred, 5 years healthcare/ pharmaceutical/
biotech business experience2-3 years reimbursement
experience in public/private sectors or in pharmaceutical/
medical/ biotech markets, experience with physician
administered injectables preferred, reimbursement
expertise and payer knowledge preferred, Ability
to plan, develop, and execute strategies under
tight timelines, strong interpersonal and communication
skills, analytical and problem solving skills,
organizational, leadership and consultative
skills and computer software skills |
